Greetings listsibs - Happy New Year to all.

What wondrous delights are we all preparing for today's celebrations?

Chez Ketler is preparing a traditional English roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding. As is traditional in family gatherings we prepare my Aunt May's Famous Five-cup Salad Here is the recipe for your enjoyment.

Aunt May's 5-cup salad
Printer version of this recipe

1 cup of each of the following ingredients
Pineapple chunks
Mini marshmallows (fruit flavored ones)
Mandarin oranges
Sweetened coconut
1 cup of sour creme
(I also like to add as was my aunt's custom some cut up marashino cherries drained well.)

Just mix everything together, place in a pretty dish and chill.
