St. Sam's and St. Bede's Recipe Pages Bon Appetit! --------------------------------------------- Standing an staring at the pantry shelves I spotted some Top Ramen. Can't stand the stuff, but I occasionally use the noodles in chicken salad & my grand kids love it. Anyway I boiled and drained the noodles, and ended up with Sort-of Vegetarian Chop Suey. Zapped a package of frozen stir-fry veggies for 4 minutes. Mooshed in the noodles & zapped another 3 minutes. Stirred in some Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce - zapped 1 minute. That's it!
