St. Sam's and St. Bede's Recipe Pages Bon Appetit! --------------------------------------------- Chocolate Up and Over Pudding 4ozs soft margarine 4ozs castor sugar 2 medium eggs 3 ozs SF flour 1 oz chocolate podwer (ie drinking choc) 1 rounded tablespoon cocoa Topping & Sauce 1 rounded tablespoon cocoa 1 & 1/2 oz chopped nuts 4 ozs demerara sugar 1/2 pint coffee (ie 3 teaspoons of powder in hot water) 1. Grease 2pint pudding dish 2. Seive flour and choc powder and mix with all other ingredients in mixer for approx 1/2 min. 3. Put into greased dish 4. Topping & Sauce Mix choc powder, nuts and 2ozs of the sugar and sprinkle over pudding 5. Sweeten hot coffee with other 2ozs sugar. Pour over the top. 6. Bake in med. oven for 50mins to an hour.
