Tom I posted this, he'll take away my Barbeque Certification) In a sauce pan combine: 1 cup each: Red wine vinegar, water & brown sugar add: 3 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp soy sauce or Dale's 1 tsp dry mustard 1 cup pineapple (chunked & mashed) 1 bell pepper, sliced & seeded 2 tomatoes, peeled (or 1 can Rotel whole) bring to a boil & simmer for 10 minutes or so... stir in 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in 1/4 cup or so cold water) cook, while stirring, till thickened.
