St. Sam's and St. Bede's Recipe Pages Bon Appetit! --------------------------------------------- Spinach Dip: 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr's is good) 10 oz. package frozen spinach 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped Combine sour cream, mayo, and soup mix. Thaw spinach and drain well (blot with paper towel until dry). Add spinach and water chestnuts to sour cream mixture and chill for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
