Snake Pie 

Ingredients- 
      your favorite meat loaf recipe 
      1 lb (depends on thickness) ham slices 
      2 cups grated mozzarella 

Place 3/4 of the meat loaf in rectangular cake pan 
   spread over bottom and up the sides. 
Cover meat loaf with ham slices 
Put mozzarella on the ham leaving a 1-2" edge clear 
Place ham over the cheese turning edges up, making a ham envelope 
Spread the last 1/4 of the meat loaf mixture over the top 
   making another "envelope" 
Bake as your meat loaf recipie states.
