St. Sam's and St. Bede's Recipe Pages Bon Appetit! --------------------------------------------- Shrimp, Parmesan n Noodles In a 2 qt Pyrex bowl in made a sauce I sometimes use with tortellini: 3/4 c milk 8 ox cream cheese, cubed Zap 2 min & stir Zap another 2 min & stir Add A dash each of nutmeg & pepper 1/2 c parmesan cheese (I was using my hand to measure & I think I got some extra in.) Zap another 2 min & stir Added about a Tbs of minced garlic and the shrimp. Zapped a final 2 min In the meantime I'd cooked 12 oz generic *wide* noodles I put about half of them away for another recipe & stirred the rest into the sauce. It was REALLY good.
