Italian Sausage Stew

Saute the sausage with onion and pepper.... of course!

Then, I was instructed to add all the fresh vegetables to make stew 
(I went to Wynn Dixie on the golf cart and got them frozen)... 
tomatoes... from a can (he thinks I pealed them).

The trick to this stew is the spice
about a tablespoon of cumin
half a tablespoon of nutmeg
4 whole cloves and 
2 bay leaves
Very mediterranean!

I have added these spices to other stews and soups.... 
wonderful anywhere you use it "in context".

Someone gave me a bag of limes today so I went to the butcher and 
bought some grouper... gonna make ceviche tonight :)
