Grouse Casserole: 

Cut grice (or game hens) in to bite size or bigger pieces. 

Dredge in flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper & parsely 
Brown in frying pan and place in casserole. 

Pour 1 can mushroom soup that has been mixed with 
a cup & a half boiling water over the birds 

Add onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and celery that has been sauteed. 

Simmer 1 1/2 hours and serve over wild rice.
