Cook about 8oz of noodles (either wide or medium), drain and set aside. Mix together 1 large block of cream cheese (softened), 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of sour cream, and 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper. In a disposable pan, put a layer of noodles, a layer of meat sauce, all the cheese filling, more noodles, the rest of the meat sauce. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
