How to Make a Cuban Sangwich - according to a genuwine Coon-Ass...: 

I can do you the roast pork . Ya'll gotta find your own Cuban bread....

To make the sanguwich: 

1. Chill the meat and then slice - thin. 
2. Three or so slices of pork, plus baked ham, salami (Genoa), swiss cheese. 
3. Place in Cuban roll, battered liberally w/ mayonnaise & Durkee's...
