I don't remember the amounts:

cabbage
vinegar
mayonaise
some salt & sugar
dash of worchestershire 

Some folk put shredded carrots in it...
.
.
....don't.

a little bell pepper and/or onion is ok.

ps:  don't forget to shred the cabbage....
