Chocolate-Cherry-Toffee-Oatmeal Cookies


Sift together- 
1 1/2 cups all purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Cream together- (make sure you scrape down the sides 
and mix well)
1cup room temperature Butter
3/4 cup granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

Add-
1 Egg
1 1/2 cups Quick Oatmeal
Add flour mixture

Stir in-
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Toffee Bits

Mix well, batter very stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoons (or
slightly larger if preferred) onto parchment covered baking 
sheets. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Cool on racks.
