Can get it at an oriental market) If you leave out the mangoes, use more like 3 T of tamarind paste. 1/2 cup cider vinegar juice of 1 lime 2 chipotle peppers, soaked and chopped 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup molasses 1/2 cup raisins 2 tsp allspice 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp thyme 1 tsp salt ground black pepper hot peppers or pepper sauce to taste Simmer this for an hour, then puree.
