St. Sam's and St. Bede's Recipe Pages Bon Appetit! --------------------------------------------- Boater's (Hunt-camp) Lime Pie: This one's got no eggs to poison you if the refrigeration leaves something to be desired - so it's politically correct in this day and age that eggs aren't supposed to be good for you: 1 packaged or frozen 8-inch crust (graham cracker of course) 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (NOT 'evaporated') 1/2 cup lime juice (and the grated zest of a lime if you really like lime) combine the milk and lime juice in a bowl and blend well. Refrigerate until firm in the center (the lime juice will thicken the milk when you stir it together).
