St. Sam's and St. Bede's Recipe Pages Bon Appetit! --------------------------------------------- Black Pepper Shrimp Take 2 lbs fresh shrimp (headless) 2 sticks margarine 1 can black pepper (2 oz) Place shrimp in a single layer in a baking pan Cover with black pepper, then sliced margarine. Cover pan and bake in oven at 400 until shrimp turn red Turn shrimp over, cook the other side. Mix in juices and serve hot.
