Baked Sweet Bodadoes

Sweet bodadoes.  
Yams, actually - cheaper n' better.

Scraped & baked.  
Oiled if done on the upper rack of the grill.
Sliced open, slathered with butter & cinnamon or maple syrup.

Goes with EVERYTHING.  Much better for you that those white contraptions.
