THE BBQ WARS: The June 2001 battle brought Andrew's White Trash BBQ Sauce
   and Matt's REAL BBQ Ribs

   Then the June 2002 battle included Gary's Barbequed Cabrito which than veered off into a
     Discussion of Chili Peppers which produced Carol's and Jo's Green Chili Potato Casseroles,
     as well as Allan's Mole

   December 2003      brought another outbreak which produced Tom's instructions for
     Pit BBQing a Pig and veered off into discussions of Kitty Stew, the location of Memphis,
     Manhattan Clam Chowder, Pulled Pork, Jerk Chicken, Kimmelweck Rolls, North Bergen
     Presbyterian Church and Horseradish and how to grow it.

CHILI DEBATES: In February 2002 Daniel Porter's Anglican chili spawned
     TWENTY THREE THREADS (6 recipes)

   In May 2003 the   Chili Debate Continued producing Andrew's Chili, Ellen's Chili
     and Mike's Venison Chili with Sibyl's comments on Making Stock

   Then in December 2003 Andrew posted Baked Chili with Cornmeal Crust setting off Chili Revisited
     and resulting in Chili Seasoning To Satisfy Miz Harris

Blackeyed Pea Discussions: The 1999 Blackeyed Pea Thread included Blackeyed Pea recipes from
   Holly, Jon, Bob and Marilyn with a reference to Andrew's Hopping John

  January 2004 Ken renewed the disucssion posting his recipe for Blackeyed Pea "Gumbo" which
   extended to threads on New Year's food and Bacon as well as Andrew's recipe for Rigatoni Arrabiata
